This Internet Site is reserved for furniture-professionals who are having points of sale in the USA or Canada.
All the proposed products are manufactured according to European norms. Some of them are specified for American norms. However it's the resellers' responsibility to adapt them or to expressly ask, at the time of the order, for the setting up of modifications. In any case, an order can be validated by e-mail, except if this order is confirmed by Fax or post.
The time of delivery will be indicated by the agent and the means of transport will be available in "FOB" or French customs transport ready to leave. As soon as the container is at the French customs, it's under the resellers' responsibility. The goods belong to the importing-seller-firm until the bill is completely paid.
In any case the goods can be taken back, given back or paid back.
Indemnities can be claimed in case of damaging, non-payment or delay in the previous settlement date.
Finally all contestations will have to be written and received within 10 days following the receipt of the goods.
